Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Alongside GLP-1 website or purchasing any of our programs, products, or services. By accessing this website or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Alongside GLP-1 is operated by EverWell Health Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 15324141, with a registered office at 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA ("we", "us", "our").

1. Who Can Use This Site

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase any program, product, or service from Alongside GLP-1. By making a purchase, you confirm that you are 18 or over and legally able to enter into a binding contract.

2. Not Medical Advice

This is important, and applies across everything we offer:

Alongside GLP-1 provides general educational and lifestyle information only. Nothing on this website, in our programs, or in any associated content constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • We do not prescribe, supply, or provide guidance on starting, stopping, or adjusting any medication, including GLP-1 medications.

  • Our programs and content are designed to sit alongside, not replace, the advice of your GP, prescriber, or other qualified healthcare professional.

  • Always consult your doctor or prescriber before making any changes related to your medication or treatment, and before starting any new diet, supplement, or exercise routine, particularly if you have an existing health condition.

  • If you experience a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately. Do not rely on this website or our content in an emergency.

3. Our Programs (Digital Content)

While You're On It and Coming Off It are digital, self-paced programs delivered through Wix Online Programs, providing instant access upon purchase.

  • Programs are licensed to you for personal, individual use only. You may not share, resell, distribute, or reproduce program content.

  • Access is provided for as long as your account remains active on our platform.

  • Digital content and cancellation rights: because our programs provide instant digital access upon purchase, by completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you lose your right to a 14-day cooling-off cancellation period once you begin accessing the program content, in accordance with UK digital content regulations. This will be clearly confirmed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Our Supplements (Physical Products)

Alongside Daily Support and any other physical products are sold subject to standard UK consumer protection law.

  • As a physical good, you have the standard 14-day right to cancel your order for a full refund from the date of delivery, in line with UK distance selling regulations, provided the product is unused and unopened where required for hygiene reasons (see our Refund Policy for full detail).

  • Product descriptions, including ingredients and nutritional information, are provided to the best of our knowledge at the time of publishing. Always check the packaging and consult your GP or pharmacist before use if you have allergies, are pregnant or breastfeeding, are taking medication, or have an existing health condition.

  • Delivery is subject to our separate Shipping Policy.

5. Coaching via EverWell Connect

Our Coaching page links to EverWell Connect, another service operated by us (EverWell Health Ltd) under a different trading name.

  • Coaching is a separate service with its own sign-up process, pricing, and terms. By continuing to EverWell Connect, you will be agreeing to EverWell Connect's own specific terms of service, separate from these Terms.

  • Purchases made through EverWell Connect are not covered by Alongside GLP-1's Refund Policy, and any billing, cancellation, or service queries relating to coaching should be directed to EverWell Connect directly.

6. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include any applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Changes will not affect orders already completed.

  • Payment is processed securely at the point of purchase through our website's payment provider. We do not store your full card details.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues with physical products, in which case you will be offered a full refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, program materials, graphics, logos, and product descriptions, is owned by or licensed to EverWell Health Ltd and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use this website for any unlawful purpose

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website, systems, or accounts

  • Share your program login or access with anyone else

  • Post or transmit any harmful, offensive, or misleading content in connection with our services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our programs or services for anyone found to be in breach of these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We provide our website, programs, and content on an "as is" basis and make no guarantee of specific results, weight loss outcomes, or health improvements from using our programs or products.

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website, programs, or products.

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UK law.

  • We are not responsible for the content, services, or terms of any third-party website or service we link to, including EverWell Connect (as a separate service, see Section 5), Wix, or any external supplier.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or for legal reasons. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

[If you're planning to serve customers outside the UK, particularly the US, given coaching is now offered internationally, this section is worth reviewing with a solicitor. Governing law and jurisdiction clauses can be more complicated to enforce against overseas customers, and some jurisdictions have their own consumer protection requirements that may apply regardless of what this clause says.]
